On January 6, Consul General Chen Haiping visited Puning Association of Chiang Mai and introduced the spirit of the Central Foreign Affairs Work Conference to the overseas Chinese. Leaders of overseas Chinese associations including Thai Chinese Business Association of Chiang Mai, Puning Association of Chiang Mai, Teochew Association of Chiang Mai, and Chiang Mai Yunnan Association attended.
